On December 4, the Commercial Real Estate Review & Forecast was held, featuring keynote speaker Memphis Mayor Paul Young, followed by a panel of three local experts discussing trends in the industrial, office, and retail markets and what’s ahead for 2026.

Jon Isbell is a lifelong Memphian with undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of Memphis. He began his retail real estate career in 2007 with Boyle and later leased lifestyle centers nationwide for Poag Shopping Centers.

Before joining TSCG in 2022, he worked in store development at AutoZone. Jon has extensive landlord and tenant representation experience and has negotiated leases with brands like lululemon, Barnes & Noble, H&M, and Altar’d State.
