TSCG announces that Kristen Pash, a globally recognized retail leader with over 25 years of experience, has joined the company as Vice President. Based in Manhattan, Kristen will focus on developing new business opportunities, collaborating with domestic and international tenants, landlords, and developers.

Kristen’s distinguished career spans leadership roles in the U.S. and the U.K., where she managed flagship shopping centers and forged partnerships with some of the world’s most iconic brands.
“We are thrilled to welcome Kristen Pash to TSCG’s New York team,” said Nichole Popovics, EVP, National Tenant Advisory at TSCG. “Her deep industry knowledge, strategic vision, and track record of success in both the U.S. and U.K. will bring value to our clients and partners.”
During Kristen’s tenure at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in London, she spearheaded leasing strategies for two of Europe’s most prominent retail destinations: Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City.
At Westfield London, the largest shopping center in Europe, Kristen played a pivotal role in its expansion and was instrumental in bringing first-to-market brands, including Tesla, Sephora, and Oysho, to the center, and positioned it as the only U.K. shopping center housing luxury icons like Louis Vuitton, Tiffany, and Prada.
At Westfield Stratford City, developed alongside the 2012 Olympic Park, Kristen oversaw leasing for what became the U.K.’s top-performing retail center playing a pivotal role in transforming East London into a thriving retail and residential hub.
Kristen’s innovative approach to retail has left an indelible mark on the industry. She facilitated Tesla’s first European deal in 2013, collaborating with the Tesla senior team (Elon showed up for the opening!). She also led Sephora’s groundbreaking entry into the U.K. in 2023, working with Sarah Boyd, UK MK and global CEO Guillaume Motte to secure a landmark location at Westfield London—an unconventional move away from the High Street that redefined the brand’s presence in the market.
Kristen’s impact extends beyond the U.K., as she previously managed Westfield’s Western and Midwestern U.S. portfolio, including flagship properties like Century City and San Francisco Centre.
“I’m excited to join TSCG’s team,” says Kristen. “With my global experience in retail and leasing, I’m eager to collaborate with tenants as well as landlords across TSCG’s network.”
