Nichole Popovics

Nichole Popovics serves as President of TSCG, the nation’s largest independently owned, retail-only commercial real estate services firm. With more than 20 years of experience across tenant representation, landlord services, REIT operations, and private development, Nichole brings a uniquely integrated perspective to the evolving retail real estate industry.

Since joining TSCG in 2021 as EVP and Managing Director of National Tenant Advisory Services, Nichole has played a key role in strengthening the firm’s national platform, expanding strategic relationships, and advancing collaboration across service lines. Her expertise spans retail leasing, portfolio strategy, merchandising, site selection, market expansion, and investment-oriented real estate operations, allowing her to effectively bridge the needs of retailers, property owners, investors, and developers.

As President, Nichole serves as a leading voice for the firm, focused on business development, talent recruitment, client relationships, and the continued growth of TSCG’s integrated national platform. She works closely with the firm’s executive leadership and regional teams to support strategic growth initiatives and position TSCG at the forefront of the retail commercial real estate industry.

A graduate of Florida State University, Nichole serves on the Florida State University Real Estate Board and is an active leader within ICSC and Urban Land Institute. She co-chaired the 2025 ICSC Open Air Centers Conference and serves on the ULI Retail Real Estate Product Council, a selective industry leadership group comprised of senior executives across the retail real estate sector.
