Cordova’s new Bojangles
Construction of the new Bojangles at the Market at Cordova Shopping Center has started and is expected to be completed in early 2025.
TSCG celebrated the groundbreaking for the restaurant, to be located at 1760 Germantown Parkway, Tuesday, Sept. 10.
TSCG’s John Reed and Hurston Reed facilitated the lease between Bojangles Corporate and The Life Church, the ground lease lessor.
“This development is set to become a central hub for the community,” John Reed said in a press release. “We’re excited to offer a place where everyone can enjoy Bojangles’ famous chicken, biscuits and sweet tea as part of our broader vision of the center.”
Bojangles will join other tenants in the center, such as the international food market and hall, which will occupy the previous Life Church campus.
“We saw having Bojangles on the corner of our shopping center as a real plus,” said Adam Bartlett of The Life Church. “Its presence is not only a traffic generator for other tenants but also brings a respected national brand to the community.”
