Former Full Moon Bar-B-Que Property on Main Street Generates Strong Market Interest
TSCG is seeing strong interest in the former Full Moon Bar-B-Que property at 1935 Main Street in Madison, with multiple prospective buyers and restaurant operators actively evaluating the opportunity.
Represented by TSCG’s Andy Dennis, the property has attracted numerous tours and inquiries since becoming available earlier this year.
“There has been a lot of interest,” Dennis said. “Most of the inquiries have come from restaurant groups.”
Discussions with prospective users are ongoing, and TSCG anticipates announcing a transaction later this summer.
Positioned at a signalized intersection in the heart of Madison, the property offers outstanding visibility and accessibility within one of the area’s most established retail corridors. Surrounded by shopping centers, schools, parks, and growing residential neighborhoods, the location presents an exceptional opportunity for restaurant, retail, or other commercial users seeking a high-profile presence.
The property is currently offered at an asking price of $3.9 million.
The site became available following the closure of Full Moon Bar-B-Que in March 2026. Originally opened in 2021, the restaurant represented the Alabama-based brand’s first location outside its home state and featured a prototype design created specifically for the Madison market.
With continued demand for well-located restaurant real estate across the Southeast, interest in this property reflects the strength of the Madison market and the value of premier retail locations in growing communities.
