 TSCG announces the addition of Aaron Dan as Vice President of Tenant Services in the firm’s Orlando office.

With more than 15 years of experience in retail commercial real estate, Aaron Dan specializes in retail brokerage, development, acquisitions, and strategic site selection across Florida markets. He advises landlords, developers, investors, and expanding retail brands on identifying high-value opportunities, structuring complex transactions, and positioning projects for long-term success.

Aaron brings extensive experience in retail corridor analysis, development feasibility, lease negotiation, tenant strategy, market positioning, and relationship-driven business development. Throughout his career, he has worked on a wide range of retail and mixed-use projects, supporting both tenant and landlord representation assignments while guiding projects through site selection, underwriting, entitlement coordination, and execution.

Known for combining market intelligence, financial analysis, and entrepreneurial execution, Aaron approaches each assignment with a hands-on ownership mentality – focused on strategy, execution, and creating long-term value for all parties involved. His client-focused approach is centered on delivering thoughtful, results-driven solutions tailored to each client’s growth objectives.

Aaron joined TSCG as Vice President in 2026 and is based in the firm’s Orlando office. He has represented notable brands including Lowe’s, TopGolf, Sprouts Farmers Market, Staples, LaserAway, WSS, TOCA Social, TOCA Football, and BODYROK.
