TSCG Signs Sprouts Anchor for Columbia Redevelopment Project

COLUMBIA, S.C. — TSCG has signed Sprouts Farmers Market as the anchor of Devine Crossing, a retail redevelopment in Columbia. The 24,113-square-foot store will replace the former Piggly Wiggly, which served the community for more than 50 years before closing in 2025. The 3.2-acre site was acquired by Cason Development last May.

Alan Freeman of TSCG represented Sprouts in lease negotiations, with TSCG also handling leasing for the remaining space.

Devine Crossing will include an additional 15,000 square feet of retail, bringing the project to nearly 40,000 square feet. Sprouts is expected to open in 2027.
