The Shopping Center Group Recruits New Vice President for Miami Office

Katie Fernandez-Espinosa has joined The Shopping Center Group‘s Miami office as a vice president of the retail advisory team.

Prior to joining TSCG, Fernandez-Espinosa served as vice president of retail advisory with JLL for five years. She was also vice president at CREC, a boutique real estate firm, where she worked in both the offi ce and retail leasing departments. Fernandez-Espinosa began her career at Hines, a global real estate developer, as a property manager and leasing agent.

Educated at Florida International University and Wake Forest University, Fernandez-Espinosa has worked in the leasing of shopping centers and multi-tenant rollouts for over a decade. She is also involved with ICSC and CREW.

She was recognized as a CoStar Power broker every year from 2019-2022 and wasincluded in Connect Media’s 2019 Top Commercial Real Estate Professionals under 40.
