The Shopping Center Group (TSCG), the largest privately held commercial real estate services company in the United States, announces a strategic rebrand and launch of a new website, designed to meet the shifting dynamics of the retail real estate industry. By unifying its divisions under a single brand, TSCG demonstrates streamlined, integrated services across all aspects of retail real estate, helping clients navigate today’s dynamic environment with comprehensive, data-driven solutions, and expert guidance.

Previously operating as The Shopping Center Group, SCG Retail, TSCG Analytics, and TSCG Investors, the rebrand reflects TSCG’s commitment to delivering integrated solutions for tenant representation, advanced analytics, investment management, and landlord services.

The reorganization under the TSCG brand consolidates services into four core divisions:
