Biography
Vanessa Gerke was born in Harrisonburg, Virginia, went to high school in Charlottesville, Virginia, and attended college in Seattle, Washington. As a Tenant Coordinator, Vanessa is responsible for contracts, rent collection, work orders, and other tasks that make the property manager’s job easier. She joined TSCG in September 2023, brand new to the property management industry.
