Biography
Vanessa Gerke was born in Harrisonburg, Virginia, went to high school in Charlottesville, Virginia, and attended college in Seattle, Washington. As a Tenant Coordinator, Vanessa is responsible for contracts, rent collection, work orders, and other tasks that make the property manager's job easier. She joined TSCG in September 2023, brand new to the property management industry.

Vanessa has a daughter and a spaniel mix named Porter. Her interests include, sports, following both Washington DC sports teams and Seattle sports teams, visiting zoos and aquariums, biology, and craft beer.
