Biography
Having grown up with a father in the industry, Taylor spent her summers during high school & college in a commercial brokerage office. She officially launched her commercial real estate career in 2012 at Phoenix Commercial Advisors in Phoenix, Arizona until she relocated to North Carolina in 2017. Taylor joined TSCG's Raleigh office in February 2018. She specializes in landlord and new project development leasing, as well as tenant representation for many national retailers and restaurants. With a focus on assisting clients in executing their growth strategies, Taylor has successfully leased numerous single tenant assets, grocery-anchored and regional shopping centers in North Carolina and Arizona.What To Know
Outside of work, Taylor is spending time with her family, usually bouncing from the soccer fields/ice rinks with her two sons (Michael & Austin). She enjoys running, hiking, and any sort of activity that would feed her competitive drive! Taylor attended the University of Arizona, where she performed on the U of A Pomline team all four years.
