Biography
Tamsyn Butler specializes in retail leasing throughout South Florida, bringing market expertise and a hands-on approach to both landlord and tenant representation. She partners closely with ownership groups, tenants, and property management teams to ensure a strong lease-up and successful tenant openings, guiding clients through every stage of the leasing cycle — from outreach and marketing to negotiation and lease execution.
Before joining the TSCG Miami office in 2026, Tamsyn was a Leasing Associate at Saglo Companies, a Miami-based retail owner, where she managed leasing across a 485,000-square-foot South Florida portfolio and represented the company at more than 40 industry events, including ICSC Orlando and Retail Live. Earlier in her career, she served on the Cruise Director’s Staff aboard Royal Caribbean’s Odyssey of the Seas — an experience that honed her people skills, sales instincts, and work ethic, all of which she brings to every client relationship.
Tamsyn holds degrees in Economics and History from the University of Florida. She is passionate about retail, curating quality tenant mixes, and finding the perfect site for every concept.

Tamsyn is a West Palm Beach native now based in Miami Beach. Outside of work, she enjoys the beach, golf, ballet, and exploring the city's newest concepts.
