
Biography
Suzette Timme leads the Northern Division of TSCG’s property management from the DC Metro office, expanding the company’s northern footprint. With more than 30 years of senior-level experience in commercial real estate, Suzette Timme has established herself as a respected leader and accomplished dealmaker across all major asset classes, including super-regional malls, Class A office buildings, multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use properties. She is widely recognized for driving value enhancement through strategic leasing, development, repositioning, and operational excellence.
As former President & CEO of Indigo Asset Services, Suzette led leasing, finance, property management, construction, and strategic planning for institutional and private clients while serving as a trusted advisor to investors and lenders. Her earlier leadership roles include President of Weissberg Corp. and VP/Director at Spectrum Partners, where she oversaw multi-million-square-foot portfolios, executed hundreds of lease transactions, advanced development projects, and consistently exceeded revenue and performance targets.
Suzette began her career with Simon Property Group, Lerner Corporation, and City Center Retail Trust, where she built a reputation as a retail property executive. At Simon’s Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, she maintained 98% occupancy while generating record-setting revenue growth across sponsorship, temporary leasing, and business development—earning Simon’s highest honor for Outstanding Value Enhancement. She also spearheaded major redevelopment initiatives, including the Nordstrom expansion at Dulles Town Center and the $45M repositioning of Mazza Gallerie.
A graduate of the College of Charleston with a degree in Organizational Leadership and Management, Suzette holds multiple top industry designations, including Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) as part of the inaugural class. She is the recipient of the Vistage International Impact Award for visionary leadership and has held leadership roles with Women in Retail Real Estate, Arlington County Economic Development, the Rosslyn Business Improvement District, and Wintergreen Adaptive Sports. She currently serves as Vice President of the College of Charleston Alumni Association and Chair of its Give Back Committee.
