Sunny Delawalla returned to TSCG as a Senior Property Accountant in 2024. He brings 8 years of extensive experience in Commercial, Multi-Family, Office and Development Accounting with him. He graduated from Georgia State University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

He enjoys spending time with his family especially his niece and nephew. He is a huge supporter of the Atlanta Braves (Chop On), UGA Bulldogs (Go Dawgs), and Kansas City Chiefs (Swiftie Fever)!
