Biography
Stuart Nelson was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. He joined TSCG in 2000 to represent national and regional retailers in their expansion strategies throughout Georgia. As a tenant representative, Stuart specializes in representing restaurants and outparcel users along with national big box users. As a partner in the TSCG Atlanta office, he is respected for his solid market analysis, proficient site selection and effective transactional negotiations. Stuart began his career at Divaris Real Estate in 1999 where he worked in retail and office brokerage.
What To Know
Stuart earned his bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Georgia and remains an avid fan of the Georgia Football team, GO DAWGS! He is married with 3 children, all girls of course. He enjoys golf and tennis after hanging up the basketball shoes.
