Steve has been in the retail real estate business for over 30 years representing shopping center owners and retailers throughout the Southeast. Having experience both on the Landlord and Tenant side of the retail real estate business has given him a unique perspective. His site selection, negotiating skills, and ability to take the deal from inception to lease execution are excellent. Not only is he an excellent communicator but also believe it is of the utmost importance to treat all parties fairly throughout the dealmaking process.What To Know
