Biography
Stacy Fanelli joined the TSCG team in 2021, seeking a new direction after a long and diverse sales career, and feeling drawn to pursue a career in commercial real estate. Stacy has worked for Fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups. She began her career selling oil leases, and later held a position with L’Oreal USA, where she enjoyed a long career and left as a Regional Manager. She then worked with several start-ups including BetaLogics (Janssen Pharma), Voss Water, and Keal Capital. Before joining the Paramus team in 2021, Stacy spent the last 10 years working for golf industry giants TaylorMade-Adidas and Ping. With a wealth of experience to draw upon and a fresh perspective on the New Jersey markets, Stacy embraces the challenges involved with landlord and tenant representation and is proud to be representing such outstanding brands. She excels at strategic planning and research involved in site selection.What To Know
Stacy has two grown children both who reside in New Jersey. She spends her downtime at the Jersey shore and enjoys entering 5K events, hitting the gym for resistance workouts, pickle ball, and cooking for her family and friends. Stacy has an extensive bucket list of travel plans. She is an avid fan of upbeat musicals and organized her neighborhood theatre group.
