Biography
Spencer Kinsella is an Associate Vice President of Investment Sales supporting underwriting, analysis, and execution of shopping center sale assignments across TSCG’s geographic footprint. His background in institutional real estate and portfolio strategy allows him to approach transactions with a thoughtful, data-driven perspective and an ownership lens. Prior to joining TSCG, Spencer served on the Real Estate Strategy team at Carter’s and previously held roles at Jamestown, SJC Ventures, and Cushman & Wakefield, where he focused on portfolio management, underwriting and acquisition of financing for ground-up retail developments, and institutional investment sales. Spencer graduated from Auburn University with a degree in finance.
