Biography
Sidney Seale, a native Memphian and St. Mary’s Episcopal School alumna, graduated from Tulane University in 2023 with degrees in Architecture and Real Estate Development. She began her career at TSCG as an intern in the summer of 2022 and has since joined the firm’s Memphis office, where she focuses on retail landlord and tenant representation throughout the Mid-South.
In 2025, Sidney received the 2024 Newcomer of the Year Award from the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® Commercial Council. The award recognizes the full-time associate broker with fewer than two years in the business who achieves the highest transaction volume among her peers. She also received the 2025 CCIM Memphis Metro Chapter Service Award.
Sidney is actively involved in several commercial real estate organizations. She served as Social Media Chair for the CCIM Memphis Metro Chapter from 2024–2025 and will serve as Education Chair from 2027–2028. Within CREW Memphis, she served as Communications Co-Chair from 2025–2026 and will serve as a Communications Board Member and Delegate from 2027–2028. She also served on the ULI Memphis Young Leaders Group Steering Committee from 2025–2026 and is a graduate of the ULI Memphis Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI).
