His in depth market knowledge and site analysis ensures that clients have the guidance and context needed to buy, sell, or lease retail real estate. Sam is proficient at cultivating and maintaining relationships with retail tenants, property owners, and developers. He represents clients in leasing negotiations, ensuring alignment with property objectives and securing tenants that enhance property value.
