Biography
Ryan Kelly joined TSCG in May 2025 as the Director of Asset Management for TSCG Investors. In this role, Ryan is responsible for the financial and operational performance of the properties within the TSCG Investors portfolio. He joined TSCG after five years with PGIM Real Estate, a global institutional real estate investor, where he was a member of their retail asset management team. At PGIM Real Estate he oversaw a substantial portfolio of retail and mixed-use properties across the southeast, in addition to his involvement in over $500M of transactional activity. Ryan has degrees in finance and urban planning from Miami University (OH).
