Biography
Rocco Picone joined TSCG in April 2025 as an Associate on the Atlanta-based Investment Sales team. Rocco earned a BSBA in Finance and a Minor in Entrepreneurship from Auburn University. He specializes in net lease and unanchored multi-tenant retail sales, drawing on his early experience as an intern with Woodland Development—a forward-thinking firm focused on industrial development. Rocco is dedicated to continuously learning from his colleagues at TSCG and is consistently seeking to maximize value on every deal. Now based in Marietta, he balances his professional pursuits with a passion for golf, basketball, and chess.
What To Know
After moving to Atlanta from Chicago in 2016, Rocco has grown to love this city and all of the scenery that it has to offer. As a teen, he played competitive travel baseball and was able to enjoy playing all around the state. Being a nearly all year round sport in Atlanta, he was engulfed in the sport and still watches professional games as often as he can. He now has a variety of anchors that keep him attached to the city of Atlanta, and he hopes to stay in the area as he furthers his career.
