Biography
Porter joined TSCG in 2026 as an Associate on the Investment Sales Team, where he supports clients through the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties. A native of Atlanta, he brings firsthand knowledge of the Southeast market and a sharp analytical edge, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia Southern University. This foundation allows him to evaluate comps, cap rates, and tenant credit profiles with precision, giving clients well-researched, data-backed guidance at every stage of a transaction.
What To Know
Porter's dad is from Massachusetts and his mom is from Atlanta, so he has a great mix of both. He was born and raised in Atlanta and spent most of his summers at Lake Hartwell, but also got to do a lot of snow skiing out west. He played MCLA lacrosse at Georgia Southern for 2 years and loves to watch the New England Patriots play football.
