Biography
Patrick Frease joined TSCG as Vice President in 2022. Based in the Orlando, FL market, Patrick serves as a Landlord Leasing Representative. Prior to joining TSCG, Patrick excelled through the leasing department of Weingarten Realty Investors, completing his 17-year tenure with them as Senior Leasing Director. While with Weingarten, Patrick was awarded a Top Producer honor for years 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. From 2015 to 2021, he closed over 135 transactions consisting of more than 560,000 square feet of retail space. Additionally, he assisted the Acquisition Team in market evaluation and analyzing development and acquisition opportunities.
Patrick’s comprehensive understanding of the Florida markets and honed skills of lease negotiation, market analytics and strategic center merchandising have been instrumental in developing Landlords new growth strategies and expectations. Landlords benefit from Patrick’s experience as a commercial real estate veteran with numerous box and inline leases completed during his 20-year career. Notable negotiations with box users include multiple leases with Sprouts, Burlington, Home Sense, Hobby Lobby, DSW and Walmart. Additional successes include successful junior anchor and inline leases resulting in many 100% occupied grocery and power anchored centers.
As an active member of ICSC, Patrick often participates as a panel speaker at local and national ICSC events. He attended the University of Cincinnati where he received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration. An avid golfer, Patrick also donates and volunteers with fundraising golf tournaments.

Patrick resides in Central FL with his wife, two kids, and dog. In his free time he enjoys golfing, traveling, and hanging out with friends and family.
