Biography
Confesor Shephard was raised in the Washington DC metropolitan area. He began his career in the maintenance engineering field in 2001, where he started working as an apprentice for the JBG companies. He attended N.A.P.E National Association of Power Engineers and has earned several certifications. His certifications include, CFC Universal license, Low-pressure boiler, Controls 1, AC1, AC2, Heat pump, Controls 1, Schematics diagram, Basic electricity and Carpentry certifications from a Clark construction sponsor certification program. After working seven years at the JBG companies, Confessor joined Rosenthal properties in 2008, where he has been a maintenance engineer for 15 years. At Rosenthal properties, Confesor is responsible for the maintenance and supervision of seven properties. Confesor has received many praises from the tenants at these properties for his excellent work ethic and dedication.What To Know
Confesor hobbies are traveling, going to the beach, hiking and spending time with friends and family, Confesor has two sons Pablo and Sebastian.
