After completing an internship with TSCG over the summer of 2026, Nick Johannes joined the TSCG Charleston office in October 2026 as a commercial real estate Associate specializing in tenant representation across South Carolina. He focuses on retail market research, site selection, property analysis, and identifying strategic opportunities for retailers throughout the Charleston market and surrounding areas. As part of TSCG’s collaborative brokerage team, he works to understand TSCG’s clients’ business objectives and help identify locations on and off market that support their long-term growth.
What To Know
Nick's hometown is just south of Boston in Hingham, Massachusetts. Nick graduated from the University of Alabama in the spring of 2026. He enjoys golfing, rooting on the Tide, and exploring Charleston’s restaurants and various growing retail districts.
