Biography
With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Nichole has developed a distinguished career focused on the Retail side of the business. Having worked on the Landlord side with both private owners and publicly traded REITs, Nichole brings a wealth of expertise in merchandising and optimizing retail properties. A proud alumnus of Florida State University, Nichole continues to contribute to the academic community as a member of the board at the FSU Real Estate Center. Actively involved in the real estate industry, Nichole is a prominent figure within ICSC, currently serving as co-chair for the 2025 OAC Conference. Additionally, she is engaged with the Political Action Committee (PAC), advocating for industry interests. In her current role, Nichole works closely with retailers to facilitate expansion strategies, whether through single locations, multiple sites, or nationwide networks. Leading a dedicated tenant advisory team, she excels in crafting and executing strategic plans to support and enhance retailers' growth objectives.What To Know
