Biography
Michael grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA. An interest in business and the mountains of Colorado led him to attend the University of Denver. When considering ideal places to live and work, he decided the lifestyle, exceptional beauty, and energy of Charleston suited him perfectly. He obtained his real estate licensing in NC, SC, and GA to fulfill his career aspirations, and joined TSCG in 2004. As a tenant representative and landlord consultant, Michael works closely with clients’ on-site selection, store roll-out, deal execution, and market strategy/analysis. He partners with a diverse client base- national anchors, junior anchors, developers, restaurants, soft goods and services, regional and local retailers. He maintains active membership in ICSC.

Michael and his wife Doris relish traveling with their son Jacob, finding joy in exploring new destinations and creating lasting memories together. Beyond his love for travel, Michael leads an active lifestyle, often found running, skiing down snowy slopes, or staying fit while embracing the outdoors. Whether at home or abroad, he finds fulfillment in both adventure and connection.
