Biography
Megan Philipps joined TSCG in September 2024 as a Senior Property Manager in the DMV market. She comes with a robust background in commercial property management. She began her career at Lincoln Property Company, where she spent nearly seven years before transitioning to Cushman & Wakefield. After her tenure at Cushman, Megan moved to Rappaport and ultimately made her way to TSCG.
Before entering the field of commercial property management, Megan gained valuable experience as a Cost Control Analyst at Northrop Grumman and as a Treasury Analyst at Sunrise Senior Living. Furthermore, she proudly served in the Marine Corps.
What To Know
Megan is a devoted single mother to an incredible teenage boy who keeps her both busy and engaged every day. She has a strong passion for animal rescue, as evidenced by the diverse array of animals she has adopted from various rescue organizations. In her limited free time, Megan enjoys traveling, is an avid reader, and loves exploring cuisine from different countries and cultures.
