Biography

As Partner and Senior Brokerage Coordinator, Marie provides administrative support services to David Firestein, Bruce Shepard and any other White Plains or Manhattan brokers that may need assistance. She oversees the daily operations of the White Plains office and liaisons with various retailers, landlords, brokers, attorneys and service providers to ensure a smooth work flow. Marie assists with the creation, maintenance and distribution of presentation materials including tour books and demographic reports, status update reports, letters of intent, brokerage agreements and commission calculations for the Tenant Rep division of TSCG.

Retail Rewind

Favorite Retail Store as a Child
Restaurant would have to be a tie between Friendly's (Reeses Pieces sundae) and Sizzler (salad bar). The Ground Round was fun too with the cartoons playing and popcorn always all over the floor.....not to mention all of the coin operated toy and candy machines that were in the waiting area. Retailer would probably be Toys R' Us or FAO Schwarz, especially after seeing Big. I thought that floor piano they were dancing on in the movie was very cool!
