As a dedicated commercial real estate associate, Logan Wise brings a strong background in finance and a passion for connecting with people. Logan graduated from Indiana University in 2020 and spent the first four years of his career honing his financial expertise. His blend of financial insight, perseverance, and genuine passion for real estate helps him deliver exceptional value to clients and partners. Logan joined the TSCG Tampa office in 2025 as an Associate.

Outside of work, Logan is an avid cyclist and endurance athlete, often challenging himself with Ironman competitions. He loves traveling and exploring new places, which fuels his enthusiasm for real estate and understanding diverse markets.
