Biography
Kristen Pash is a highly influential, global retail leader with over 25 year of experience managing market leading shopping centers and retail accounts in the United States and the United Kingdom. Kristen joined TSCG in October 2024 as a Vice President on our remarkable leasing team based in Manhattan.
As a former Senior Leasing Manager at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in London for more than a decade, she devised and implemented successful leasing strategies for Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City. Her responsibilities included overseeing a high performing retail leasing team, coordinating with U.S retailers entering European markets, and leading budgeting, asset valuation, and financial forecasting for the assets.
Prior to this, Kristen worked for Westfield in Los Angeles for over a decade. In this role, she was responsible for Westfield’s Western, Northwestern, and Midwestern portfolio including the flagship properties Valley Fair, Century City, San Francisco Centre and Topanga. Responsibilities included reviewing and approving lease transactions, setting annual budgets, overseeing Joint Venture relationships and approvals, and maintaining strong, retailer relationships. She spearheaded the master planning and leasing efforts for numerous redevelopment and revitalization projects across the US.
