Kelly Pulignano leads the North Florida and Southeast Georgia region for TSCG in both Tenant and Landlord representation services. Leveraging a unique perspective and broad experience, Kelly brings innovative strategies and deep market insight of the region’s retail real estate landscape to deliver exceptional value to her clients.
Kelly Pulignano represents retail tenants and buyers in multi-market rollouts, targeted expansions, and new market penetrations by managing the full lifecycle of an expansion, from target market strategy through transactional execution. Known for their deep-rooted industry relationships and proactive approach, Kelly’s team excels at uncovering off-market opportunities that give tenant clients a critical edge in competitive markets
On behalf of her diverse mix of agency clients, Kelly provides pre-development advisory, strategic planning, merchandising, financial modeling, and transactional execution services for some of the most significant landlords and developers in the region. Her premier portfolio of properties includes power centers, grocery-anchored centers, mixed-use projects, raw land and ground-up developments.
Kelly joined the Jacksonville based team at TSCG in 2016, bringing years of high profile urban and suburban retail experience from her career start under the top retail brokerage team in Washington, DC. She is an annual recipient of the CoStar Powerbroker Award since 2018 and was named Jacksonville Business Journal 40 under 40 in 2022.
