Biography
Justin Schad, CCIM has specialized in retail real estate for over 25 years. He has longstanding industry relationships and focuses on representing national and regional Anchor tenants along with freestanding and shop retailers for site selection, market strategy, and dispositions. Justin also works with investors, developers, and owners on acquisitions, investment sales and land assemblage. He prides himself on customer service and has significant lease and purchase/sale transaction experience across retail, land, health care and mixed-use product types.
Justin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky where he majored in Communication, with a focus on Corporate Communication, and a received a minor in Business Administration. He has also obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute. Prior to joining TSCG, Justin was Principal Broker for Tennessee with TRIO Commercial Property Group and was a Director at Faison & Associates.
Justin has held various positions with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) including Next Generation Chair, Government Relations Chair, National Government Relations Sub-committee member, Planning Committee member, and was the 2019 Tennessee/Kentucky Idea Exchange Program Planning Committee Chair. He has also served as 2018 Taste of Nashville Chair, past Phoenix Club board member, and Phoenix Club Emeritus member. He currently serves on the Real Estate Advisory Board for The University of Kentucky-Gatton Center for Real Estate.

Justin likes spending time with his wife Ashley and their two dogs. He also enjoys boating, farming, golfing, traveling, concerts, cooking, and virtually all things outdoors.
