Biography
Born in São Paulo, Brazil and raised in Orlando, Florida, Juliana brings a unique global perspective and strong relationship-building skills to her work. A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Biomedical Science, she seamlessly transitioned into the real estate field, where her analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities have become key assets.
Juliana joined TSCG in March 2022 and is currently part of the National Tenant Advisory Services team. In her role, she partners with retailers to develop and execute tailored expansion strategies, from single-location growth to multi-market rollouts and nationwide networks. She is experienced in market research, site selection, and tenant representation, and serves as a dedicated point of contact for clients navigating every stage of the process.
Known for her collaborative approach, Juliana works closely with internal teams and brokers across the country to deliver results that align with each client’s long-term goals. She is also committed to supporting her colleagues by sharing knowledge, mentoring Next Gen team members, and fostering a team-oriented environment.

Juliana loves traveling and emerging herself into new cultures. She's not afraid of exploring new cuisines or getting an adrenaline rush. At home, she shares a joyful life with her husband and two German Shepherds.
