Biography
John Sebring was born and raised in Seminole, Florida. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, graduating in 1989. In 2005, John joined TSCG’s Atlanta office as a Senior Property Manager and advanced to Director of Property Management in 2010. By 2019, John was promoted to Executive Managing Director of Property Management & Accounting tasked with overseeing the division and further enhancing the TSCG Landlord Services platform. Under John’s leadership, TSCG operates across all facets of property management, working in partnership with owners and investors, including institutions, private equity funds, lenders, and special servicers, to oversee REO assets. Additionally, John directs TSCG’s construction management division and possesses extensive expertise in the redevelopment and renovation of shopping centers. He is an active member of ICSC serving as both a mentor and a panelist in many property management industry-related forums. John also holds a GA Property and Casualty insurance license, enabling him to aid clients in verifying the insurance coverages for commercial real estate properties.
What To Know
John lives in the metropolitan Atlanta area, where he is a committed husband and a proud father of five children, two of whom are currently attending the University of Georgia. Go Dawgs! During his free time, he enjoys the company of his family and friends, along with that of his dogs.
