Biography
Jim began his real estate brokerage career in 1993 in Columbus, Ohio, shortly after graduating from Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. In 1998, he relocated to Miami to join the Florida Shopping Center Group, now known as TSCG. Throughout his career, Jim has worked with a diverse portfolio of prominent clients, including Dick's Sporting Goods, LA Fitness, Ross Dress for Less, Ulta Beauty, Wendy's, and Mattress Firm.What To Know
