Biography

With more than two decades of experience in commercial and residential real estate, Jill brings a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, and maximizing asset performance. Prior to joining TSCG, she directed Indigo’s asset management team, overseeing a diverse $750M portfolio, managing an average of $10M annually in capital improvements, and collaborating with more than 15 property management firms. Recognized for her ability to safeguard assets, mitigate risk, and drive long-term portfolio value, Jill pairs operational excellence with a people-first leadership style rooted in authenticity, curiosity, and lasting relationships.

A past President of Women in Retail Real Estate (WIRRE), Jill is actively involved with CREW DC and serves as Co-Liaison for Calvary Women’s Services on the Philanthropy Committee. She is also a member of ICSC. Jill holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI), an Executive Leadership Certificate from the University of Notre Dame, and a BA in Marketing from St. Ambrose University.

What To Know
In her downtime, Jill enjoys tending to her bees as a novice beekeeper, starting her mornings kayaking on one of the local lakes, or browsing the shelves at Barnes & Noble (while trying to resist buying every book in sight). At home, she proudly wears the title of “cool mom” to her teenage daughter and “dog mom” to Tessa, their mini-goldendoodle.
