Janiece Stephens joined TSCG in 2024 as a Senior Lease Administrator, managing complex lease agreements and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. As a Georgia native, she has developed extensive real estate experience in commercial and residential property management and leasing. Janiece graduated from the American Real Estate University in 2016, while becoming licensed shortly after. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, she prides herself on delivering outstanding results to her clients.
