Biography
Born and raised in Austell, Georgia, Jamie began her career in retail real estate in 1993 with Epsteen and Associates in San Diego, CA (a ChainLinks member), serving as a GIS/Mapping and Marketing Specialist. In 1998, she relocated to Virginia, where she continued her work as a GIS mapper at the Newport News office of The Shopping Center Group (TSCG).
By 2000, Jamie returned to Georgia and stepped into a corporate management role with TSCG. As the company grew, so did her responsibilities—expanding from GIS, marketing, event planning, conventions, and IT into a primary focus on operations and human resources. Her dedication to professional excellence led her to earn the Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation.
Today, as Managing Director of Human Resources & Operations, Jamie oversees human resources, benefits administration, event planning, and office buildouts for TSCG, playing a key role in supporting the company’s growth and culture.
What To Know
A lifelong fan of baseball and softball, she owns and helps run Atlanta Umpires, a metro Atlanta umpiring organization. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, traveling, and attending sporting events. Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband, David, and embracing this next chapter of life with their blended family of six children—many of whom are married or engaged—and their eight grandchildren.
