Biography
Born and raised in Austell, Georgia, Jamie Standard began her career in retail real estate in 1993 with Epsteen and Associates in San Diego, CA (a ChainLinks Member), as their GIS/Mapping and Marketing Specialist. In 1998, she moved to Virginia, where she contributed her expertise as a GIS mapper at the Newport News office of TSCG. By 2000, Jamie returned to her Georgia roots, taking on a management role at the corporate level. As the company expanded, so did Jamie’s responsibilities, evolving from GIS, Marketing, Event Planning, Conventions, and IT to a strong focus on Operations and Human Resources. Her commitment to professional growth led her to earn the prestigious Society of Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation. As Managing Director of Human Resources & Operations, Jamie oversees human resources, benefits administration, event planning, and office buildouts for TSCG, ensuring smooth operations and a vibrant workplace culture.
What To Know
Jamie is happily married to Tim Standard, and together they have two sons, Wesley and Brett. Wesley is married to his high school sweetheart, Nicole, and they have a beautiful daughter named Oaklynn. Jamie's passion for sports has been a lifelong journey—from her years playing softball and golf to enjoying sporting events with her family. Her family owns Atlanta Umpires, one of the largest baseball and softball umpire associations in Georgia, a testament to their shared love for the game. In addition, Jamie serves as Co-Director of Strike Out Breast Cancer, a charity baseball tournament group that raises funds for Breast Cancer Awareness.
