Biography
George Fryer serves as Chief Investment Officer of TSCG Investors, where he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing retail acquisitions on behalf of the firm and its institutional partners. He is a voting member of the TSCG Investors Investment Committee.
With more than 20 years of experience in retail real estate investment, George has completed over 165 transactions totaling more than $6.0 billion across regional malls, community centers, power centers, and lifestyle assets nationwide. His investment focus includes grocery-anchored and power-center retail assets, emphasizing core-plus and value-add strategies.
Prior to joining TSCG, George was Director of Retail Acquisitions at AEW Capital Management. Earlier in his career, he held senior investment and asset management roles at Westcor Realty. He brings a deep understanding of both acquisition execution and asset-level performance within a disciplined risk framework.
