Biography
Gavin specializes in representing landlords in the leasing of ground up retail and mixed-use developments as well as the repositioning of existing big boxes, regional power, lifestyle, grocery anchored and neighborhood shopping centers. He previously worked at Channel Partners in Detroit and Katz & Associates in Charlotte before leading TSCG’s leasing teams in Raleigh and Orlando. Gavin has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate and currently oversees a retail portfolio of 5M SF in Central Florida. His extensive experience in merchandising and lease and sale negotiations has helped him develop and implement strategic leasing plans for clients including AEW, CBL, CIM, Fairbourne Properties, Kimco Realty, PREP Property Group, Global Net Lease, Inc. and Transformco among others. Gavin is a graduate of Western Michigan University where he studied Finance and Real Estate. He is a member of ICSC and Urban Land Institute and continually participates in Executive Learning Programs.What To Know
