Biography
Eric Munoz was born in Miami, Florida and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. He graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Finance. As part of a team that has over 40 years of site selection experience in South Florida, Eric is uniquely positioned to represent restaurants, retailers, and developers. Since joining TSCG, Eric specializes in site selection, land acquisition, deal execution, and market rollouts for national retailers across South Florida. Eric is an active member of ICSC and sits on the committee for ICSC&IDEAS South Florida.What To Know
Eric is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Argus Enterprise. In his free time, he enjoys fitness, cooking, and travel.
