Biography
Drew Lewis is a Partner at TSCG, where he has specialized in landlord advisory services since joining the company in 2011. Over the course of his career, he has represented a diverse client base — from institutional owners and REITs to local family ownership groups — providing strategic leasing and disposition guidance across a wide range of asset types.
Drew’s experience spans land sales and leasing, free-standing buildings, ground lease structures, and build-to-suit transactions. He has played a key leasing role on several of Atlanta’s most prominent projects, and has extensive experience with grocery-anchored centers, power centers, mixed-use developments, and multitenant properties. He was named Partner at TSCG in 2022 in recognition of his contributions to the firm and his clients’ success.
A graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, Drew earned his degree in Economics in 2010. He is active in the commercial real estate community through his involvement with the Terry Young Alumni Board, the Atlanta Retail Alliance, and ICSC.
What To Know
Outside of work, he volunteers with City of Refuge and enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter. He’s also an avid traveler, reader, live music fan, and golfer.
