Biography
Doug Holtzman is Vice President at TSCG where he works on both Landlord and Tenant leasing. Prior to joining TSCG, Doug ran the net lease division at a private equity firm where he focused on acquiring, leasing, and disposing of single-tenant retail assets throughout the country. In his over 15 years of brokerage experience, he has executed transactions in more than 6 states for various retailers.
Doug has worked on behalf of Realty Income, CenterSquare Investment Management, Third Lake Partners, One Oak Development, Streamline Development, Zaremba Group, and other Landlords; as well as represented retailers such as Chipotle, Skechers Shoe’s, Valvoline, Family Dollar/Dollar Tree, Wingstop, City BBQ, Sally Beauty/CosmoProf, Verizon, and Duck Donuts in their continued expansion and relocation efforts.
His experience with property management, asset management and investment sales provide him with a wealth of knowledge and insight that he provides to his clients. Doug graduated from Kent State University and is an active member of ICSC.
What To Know
Originally from Cleveland, OH, Doug is an avid Cleveland (and Tampa) sports fan. He and his wife, Audrey, have 2 children together and are actively involved with the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation and their local Central and NE Florida Chapter.
