Biography
Dawn Teevan was raised in the Mississippi Delta but has lived in Memphis for many years. She joined TSCG in March 2006 and became Partner in 2023. As Office Manager & Senior Brokerage Coordinator, Dawn is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Memphis office and providing administrative and marketing support to the Tenant and Landlord Representation teams.

Favorite Retail Store as a Child
As a child, her family loved going to How Joy Restaurant after church on Sundays. The only bad thing was it gave her and her mom headaches. Eventually, they discovered it was because MSG was added to their favorite dishes. Never stopped them from going, they just made sure they had Tylenol with them.
