As a Partner and Executive Vice President with TSCG, she leverages nearly 30 years of experience to guide ownership groups, investors, and retailers through every stage of the real estate cycle, from ground-up development to redevelopment and long-term asset management.
Before joining TSCG, Dawn held senior leadership roles with Silver Companies, where she directed large-scale development projects and built enduring partnerships with national and regional retailers. Her ability to integrate development expertise with market strategy has positioned her as a trusted advisor to clients seeking to maximize both short-term performance and long-term asset value.

Dawn's first job out of college was a high school English teacher - she finds it interesting how many former educators are now in commercial real estate; she does love the written word. Dawn loves spending time with family, cooking for others, exercising daily, and playing ball with her golden retriever.
