Biography
Dawn serves as Executive Vice President and Partner with focus on third party landlord services to include merchandising, marketing and leasing power centers, grocery anchored and neighborhood centers, single tenant assets (both lease/sale), ground up developments, and free-standing multi-tenant retail. Prior to joining TSCG, Dawn served as Vice President of Sales and Leasing for a VA development company which equipped her to understand development from ground up as well as approach leasing and sales from owner’s perspective.
What To Know
Dawn's first job out of college was a high school English teacher - she finds it interesting how many former educators are now in commercial real estate; she does love the written word. Dawn loves spending time with family, cooking for others, exercising daily, and playing ball with her golden retriever.
