Biography
Dana Dowsett is Vice President and Partner at TSCG with over 22 years in commercial real estate as both a Landlord and Tenant Representative. Her Landlord portfolio has included prominent clients such as Equity One, Regency Centers, Kimco Realty, Madison Marquette, Echo Properties and ACF Property Management. Dana has facilitated lease up in various retail settings including power centers, lifestyle centers, freestanding, big box space, out parcels and retail strips. She combines a passion for dealmaking, placemaking and market intel to maneuver through successful lease transactions on behalf of her clients. As a Tenant Representative, Dana is an expert in market roll out and deal negotiations. Dana has strategically placed and negotiated deals throughout Florida for a multitude of nationally recognized brands and strong regional operators. Utilizing her background in market trends and GIS her clients are experiencing successful brand entry into Florida's sought after retail markets. Dana keeps her client needs at the forefront and works to create lasting business relationships. Active in professional volunteer opportunities, Dana has served on the planning committee for the ICSC Florida Conference, been Chair of the ICSC West FL Conference, Co-Facilitator of the ICSC Women in Real Estate Special Interest Group Panel and is frequent panelist at professional events. In 2013, Dana was one of 15 to be awarded the ICSC John T. Riordan Professional Education Scholarship. Dana is a Floridian and relishes the opportunity to grow Florida's retail real estate.
