Biography
As Managing Director of Leasing, Senior Vice President, and Partner at TSCG, Chris leads the strategic direction and execution of TSCG's landlord services across Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle, overseeing five offices in these regions. He holds a finance degree from the University of Memphis and spent time at The University of Mississippi. His commercial real estate career began in 1993, and he joined TSCG in 2013 to manage leasing services in this geography. He combines a strong analytical foundation with an intuition forged over decades in the industry, making decisive, well-informed choices and fostering trust through integrity. As a proud father of three grown daughters and a grandfather, Chris cherishes his role as a "girl dad." He married his high school sweetheart, and together they enjoy exploring new places and experiences through their shared passion for travel. Cooking, especially understanding the science behind it, is a favorite hobby of Chris's. He is also a devoted, if not long suffering, Ole Miss fan.
